Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LiveTikMart application or website (the "Service") operated by LiveTikMart ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LiveTikMart provides a SaaS platform enabling Nigerian e-commerce vendors to capture, track, and fulfil orders in real time during TikTok live streams. The Service includes a mobile app, web claim form, order management dashboard, and logistics tracking tools.
3. Vendor Accounts
- You must register with accurate business information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One business email may be linked to one vendor account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Nigerian law.
- Sell counterfeit, prohibited, or harmful goods through the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other vendors' data or the backend systems.
- Automate requests in ways that overload or disrupt the Service.
- Misrepresent buyer identities or fabricate order data.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscription fees and their billing cycles are defined on our pricing page. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with overdue payments.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software in the Service are the exclusive property of LiveTikMart. You retain ownership of your product and order data. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveTikMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings screen.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
