- Buyer data: TikTok handles and optional phone numbers entered by vendors during live sessions.
- Transaction data: product names, claim counts, payment amounts, and delivery status.
- Usage data: IP addresses, device type, browser, and pages visited — collected anonymously via server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process orders and communicate delivery updates.
- To send service-related notifications (no marketing without consent).
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, email) under strict data-processing agreements.

Vendor account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Closed-session order data and buyer records are retained for 2 years for dispute resolution purposes, then securely deleted.
